Ben Shoemate Ben is a creative, technically astute web architect and consultant with deep experience in the design and implementation of enterprise web applications, web strategy, branding and usability. Ben is well-versed with many enterprise development platforms, content management systems, search engines and application servers and is able to articulate complex design and development concepts. As a talented team leader, Ben often steers the design workstream on software development projects where he brings unique creativity, problem solving skills and innovation. Ben's excellent communication skills can be seen when he is leading workshops, presentations, focus groups, user interviews and training.

Cody Burleson As a Software Architect, Cody Burleson is responsible for providing a broad set of strategy, design and development services for enterprise-class solutions, specifically on workplace technologies that integrate a variety of content, applications, people, and processes. He has fifteen years of professional experience performing within IT projects that require various eclectic skill sets. Through his hands-on experience with numerous large and complex projects and multiple training activities, Cody has developed a vast skill-set in information architecture, user interface design, application design and application development. Cody can readily traverse each area of business, design and technology, providing leadership and deliverables to satisfy the salient objectives.

Rafael Trujillo Rafael Trujillo provides project management, solution design and application development services - most specifically for enterprise portals. He is a certified Scrum master in agile project management and has over fifteen years of experience in a great range of projects. Lately, he has been responsible for leading content management strategy and implementation projects that require the use of his User Experience and Information Architecture skills (content life-cycle management; taxonomy and navigation; search find-ability improvements; user interface design and implementation). Rafael has successfully managed large e-business projects and was also an extraordinary entrepreneur during the dot-COM era in Latin America. His industry exposure includes: automotive, telecommunications, financial services, insurance, government, packaging, food/beverage and retail.
