IBM Connections 4 API: How to Save an Entry Using jQuery Ajax


Connections allows to an user to save an entry and added it into a Saved/Favorite list (atom feed) so Connections can tracking that events that are of specific interest to a user. Here's one easy way to do it with an asynchronous HTTP (Ajax) request using jQuery.

Note: The only element that  requires value is connections, the rest should be sent empty.

Note:  console.log can throw errors in IE, they are there for illustrative purposes only and should be changed as required.
